For attorneys, mediators and courts

Kindline gives co-parents one shared record that neither of them can edit or delete, and gives you a reliable way to review it.

A record neither parent controls

Messages, attachments, calendar items, custody swap requests, expenses, changes to children's information and exchange check-ins are written to the case permanently, with the time, the time zone and who did it.

Both parents have the same rights in a case. Starting the case gives no extra control, and only one case can exist between the same two parents.

Read receipts show when each message was first seen. Exchange check-ins can include the parent's location, if the parent chooses to share it.

Read-only access, granted by a parent

Either parent can invite an attorney, mediator or guardian ad litem. The professional sees the case record and can download records but cannot write anything.

Each grant and removal of access is added to the case, so both parents always know who can see it.

Records you can verify

Records are generated by Kindline's servers from the stored case, never from a parent's screenshots. A record covers messages and activity for the chosen dates, with timestamps, read receipts, attachments listed and an expense summary.

Every PDF carries a verification code and a digital fingerprint (SHA-256). Enter the code on the verification page to see when the record was created, who requested it and whether the file you have matches the original.

What Kindline doesn't do

Kindline doesn't record calls, move money or give legal advice. Custody schedule calculations, including Texas Standard and Expanded Standard Possession Orders, are estimates; the court order controls.
